Alley Kerr was born and raised in Oak Park, California. She began dancing at the age of two and grew up studying many styles of dance such as ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, etc. She trained extensively at Retter's Academy of Dance under the direction of Linda Bernabei-Retter and performed with the Rhythm Machine Dance Company for 10 years.

Throughout her high school career, Alley also developed an interest in the theatrical side of the entertainment industry. Because of this she decided to also pursue and immerse herself in acting and singing training.

After high school she immediately began performing at the Happiest Place on Earth as she studied dance at Chapman University. She continued to pursue her talents at Tokyo Disneyland, and later went back to LA to pursue dance, modeling, and acting. Since then, she has been featured on various stages, in commercials, print advertisements, and music videos, and television shows.
